I was already thinking about this. Back in the day, SF had sites where you could rent just about anything. That was during the boom, tho. Anyway I have been searching "lanterns wholesale" with not much luck but maybe we can suss out a place in Chinatown to get a case of these cheaply next time A and I are there. We would probably do better with ones that use candles/LED bulbs rather than strings of lights (pain). I even still have mine but they are close to death and there are only 8 of em.
