honeymoon in New Zealand?

The current mood/feeling is that we'd like to honeymoon in New Zealand, possibly in December of 2007. We'd probably do a "mini-moon" right after the wedding in Northern California. Here's a travelogue of someone's honeymoon in NZ, I haven't read it yet but it looks like a good source of ideas...
