Did you look at this place (Pol Mountain Retreat near Santa Cruz)? They work with your budget and the basic idea is the same, very natural and retreat-ish. Nice slideshow. JUST in case.

I am not trying to crush your pretty bridal dreams here. I am just saying that I didn't exactly WANT to get married on a golf course, but that's what we could afford. I don't think it's a bad idea to have a plan B. And did you ever look at the Stanford Sierra Conference Center? That place is beautiful. Anyway, I'm sure it will work out. :-b
